Carrot Soup

Carrot soup is good for health.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Kg. carrots, (finely chopped)
2 cups water
1 cup white sauce
2 stalks celery (finely chopped)

METHODS:-

Boil water and cook carrots and celery until tender.  Mash and strain vegetables. Add white sauce to the soup and simmer for 8-10 minutes.  Serve hot.
