Caul Canyon Potatoes

6 or 8 medium sized potatoes

2 medium onions, chopped fine (or freen onions)

1/4 pound butter

3 eggs

milk or cream

(Potato Buds may be used). cook potatoes- drain; let dry out. Mash potatoes a little; add butter, pepper, raw onion and eggs. Beat with electric beater. Add milk or cream and continue whipping.
