Cauliflower with Onion

Vegetarian recipe.

This is another easy healthy recipe for vegetarians.

Ingredients

2 pieces cauliflower
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic
4 white onions
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons sea salt
black pepper, parsley

Preparation

Cut the cauliflower into small bouquets, wash it and fry it in olive oil.

Finely slice the garlic, cut the onion in quarters and cook in olive oil for about 10 minutes, then add over the cauliflower.

Add Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and put the dish in the oven for 20 minutes until well browned.

Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
