Cheese Carrot Balls
CHEESE CARROT BALLS GOOD FOR HEALTH.

Ingredients
Dry cottage cheese - ¾ cup
Buttermilk - 2 tsp
Grated carrots - ½ cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Tabasco - 3 drops
Parsley - minced
Procedure:
Beat the cheese and buttermilk until smooth. Blend in the carrots, salt and Tabasco. Chill 30 minutes. Form teaspoons of the mixture into balls and roll in parsley. Chill again. Pierce with cocktail picks.
Makes about 36.
