Cocktail of Fennel and Red Cabbage
A Healthy recipe with fresh homemade ingredients. It fills your stomach and watches your diet. Makes four servings.
- 3 fennel bulb, cut into julienne.
- 1 American lettuce.
- 50 grams of Aguaymanto (Golden berry)
- 1 red cabbage, cut into strips.
- 5 table oranges.
- 150 grams of mayonnaise.
- 50 grams of ketchup.
- 1 lemon.
- 4 glasses of Martini.
Cut 2 oranges in half and remove its contents with a spoon, reserving the helmets. In a saucepan, place sugar aguaymanto, simmering until it takes about syrup. Preparation Blend until smooth, reserve. With the help of a spoon remove the pulp of 3 oranges, separate into segments and set aside. Place orange peel in the martini glasses, then lettuce, red cabbage and fennel. Add salt and lemon, cover with mayonnaise and ketchup mixture and place the orange slices at the edge of the cup.
