Cream of Cauliflower
Preparing cream of cauliflower.
Ingredients
· 400 g cauliflower
· 120 g mashed potatoes
· 150 ml cream
· 100 ml oil
· Pepper
· Salt

First we put in a pot with plenty of water and salt to boiling. Once it is boiling, boil the cauliflower until quite soft.
When boiled the water and we get another wave we miss the mashed potatoes or thick. We add the cream, oil, a little pepper and salt to taste. We left a few minutes the fire.
Then we passed around by the mixer or blender, so it is very fine and serve hot.
