Cream of Celery

Preparing cream of celery.

Ingredients

· 3 celery

· 100 g butter

· 3 potatoes

· 3 egg yolks

· 1 l milk

· 1/2 fresh cream

· 100 g bread

· Salt

First peel, wash and thoroughly clean the celery. Then place them in boiling water for a moment, until we see that whitening. Then runoff and cut into chunks.

Then put the pieces of celery in a pan with butter. Add milk and potatoes washed, peeled and cut into thin slices. Salted to your taste and boil the mixture to simmer for 90 minutes.

Once cooked the mixture, we pass through a fine sieve. If it has become very thick, we can add a little milk.

Then we bring the cream to a boil again and mix with egg yolks and a splash of cream. Meanwhile fry the pieces of bread with butter.

Serve hot with fried bread pieces on top.

    No… i just know many recipes because my whole family knows how to cook so i learned how to.
