Delicious Fried Potatos and Sweet Peas Mix (A Recipe)
In the wee hours of the night I found fried potatos and peas go together well with me.
When it is four o’clock in the morning and you are not a bit sleepy it is a great time to dream up a new recipe. One that is new to you, anyway, and an oblong pantry lends its self well to that enterprise. First, I sliced and diced a white potato and fried the pieces while heating up a pan of frozen sweet peas. When both were done I mixed them together, evenly. Then I added a generous dose of Parmesan cheese, and a small amount of All Spice, and chives and stirred it all thoroughly. It wasn’t quite as tasty as I had hoped so I added a few squirts of tomato ketchup, and then gave it the acid test. I loved it. I plan on having it with my best friend soon. Try it!

Since I am a noted night-owl, I would think this would be a very delicious and healthy dish to chow down on! Wonder how a tad of fresh dill would go with this too???

Hi, daffodil. That is true. I have made some stuff that tasted great and some stuff I almost gagged on. It is worth it, though, when it turns out tasty, right?
