Vegetable rice:

             

INGREDIENTS:

                     Carrots                                           100grams

                     Cabbage                                         100garms

                     Pepper                                            1 or 2

                     Chicken cubes                                 1

                     Eggs                                               2 to 3

                     Salt                                                1 tea spoon

                     China salt                                        ½ tea spoon

                     Oil                                                  ½ cup

                     Peas                                                50grams

                     Rice                                                300grams

 

 

 

Recipe:

          First of all cut the carrots into cube pieces and also cut the cabbage into pieces after that put the half cup of oil in wide pan for one minute after that put the carrots and and cabbage into the oil and then add some cutted pepper into the frying pan then add the chicken cube and peas and add some china salt into the frying pan and fry it for 8 minutes.

 

At the same time fry the egg in a separate pan and after frying pan and after frying cut it into square pieces.

 

Now take 300gram rice and boil in water and also add iodine salt into it and boil for 5 minutes.

 

Now take the boiled rice and add all fried carrots vegetables cabbage pepper egg and other to the rice and cook it under pressure in a wide separate pan for 25 to 30 minutes and after take it out and have fun from its taste.
