There are alot of great dishes.
We have alot of great dishes in the world but today i would like you try this dish out in my country we call it omugoyo its very easy to cook and very haelthy its a mixture of sweet potatoes and beans have you tried it yet if you haven’t then this is the recipe i hope you try it.
1. cook beans until they are ready or buy alreay cooked beans.
2. peel the sweet potatoes and then boil until its ready
3. make sure that put salt in the beans while cooking so that the salt dissolves vry well in the beans.
4.when the sweet potatoes are ready start smashing them while frying onions with the green paper but use very little cooking oil remember we all want to enjoy our meals and stay healthy at the same time.
5. fry the onions and the green paper

until they become brown but don’t wait until they are black then put in the tomatoes until they are very ready while smashing the beans too.
6.After the tomatoes are ready mix them with the beans very well.
7. After that then mix the beans with the smashed sweat potatoes.
Guess what your meal is ready you just need some salads then eat. you see its very easy to cook, it does take alot of time, its very healthy and the same time its very testy and delicios you should also try it i hope you all like it.
