Double Lemon Salad
2 small packages lemon gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 can (1 pound 4 ounces) crushed pineapple, not drained
2 cups boiling water
1 can prepared lemon pie filling
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pie filling and stir with rotary beater. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Top with dream whip if desired and let set.
