Dump and Splash Macaroni Salad

This macaroni salad is easy to make and great for pot luck dinners or picnics. Macaroni, celery, onions, white vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Chill for two hours before serving.

Dump and Splash Macaroni Salad

11 pounds of macaroni

4 pieces of celery

4 medium sized onions

10 hard boiled eggs

Cook the macaronies until soft and drain. The put the macaronies in a large container. Chop/dice onions and celery. Cut eggs into small bite size pieces. Add onions. Celery, and eggs to the macaronies. Mix the above with Hellmans mayonnaise, adding mayonnaise to the consistency of your choice. If you like your macaroni salad a little on the dry side, use less mayonnaise.

Add a dash of white vinegar and sugar to taste and mix by hand. Also add salt and pepper to taste and mix by hand. The macaroni salad should have a slight sweet and sour taste to it. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
