Eggnog Pie – Perfect for The Holidays
Here is a delicious recipe which uses the seasonal drink, "Eggnog" and it is one of my favorite holiday pie recipes. This is easy to prepare and easier to serve…Enjoy!
2 Small Packages Vanilla Pudding
2 Cups Eggnog
1 1/4 Cups Milk
1/8 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 9″ Baked Pie Shell
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from stove and cool for 5 minutes. Pour mixture into prepared pie shell. Cover surface with plastic wrap and chill for a minimum of 3 hours. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
