Five New Ways to Enjoy Avocado
Five New Ways to Enjoy Avocado.
1. Scraped usual
The most healthy of course be enjoyed naturally. Scraped and slightly crushed with a spoon. “Avocados are best enjoyed with a cut up and eaten just like that, without added salt, lemon, or other spices so you can taste the different flavors and nuances, such as the smoky aroma or nuts,” said Cusick.
2. Plus a little alcohol
Ordinary people add sweetened condensed milk or coffee into the avocado juice. But this time try adding a little alcohol to accentuate the flavor of the original. You can try the rum (fermented sugarcane juice), especially rum chocolate used for cooking or cocktail mix. Or, add white wine with citrus aromas, which contrasts with the buttery flavor of the avocado. Another way, stick cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado into small pieces toothpick and dip it in a glass of white wine from the type of chenin blanc or pinot grigio.
3. Spread bread
You might be used to put butter or mayonnaise to bread slices. If you do not want to add too many calories, you could replace the two materials with avocado. Thinly sliced avocado, or a fifth of the fruit puree intact, then apply to bread. In addition to adding vitamins and minerals, avocado spread will reduce 40-50 calories and 3-4 grams of fat than two tablespoons of mayonnaise or cheese sheet.
4. Make a salad or baked potato topping
Without the need to add other spices, you can cut the avocado into cubes, and put it in the ice fruit. Or make pickled avocado, or fruit season, so that could be a topping for a salad with a different flavor. Want to add it as a topping baked potatoes? Mash the avocado and season with garlic, lemon juice, and sour cream and add to the potatoes around the roast.
5. Baked with eggs
Avocados can be a vegetarian breakfast menu. Heat a pan with olive oil, then enter half an avocado with the skin for 3-4 minutes, then fill the cavity with a spicy sauce. Alternatively, whisk the eggs with seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic, then pour into the cavity of the avocado. Bake for 4-5 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius until the eggs are cooked.
