Flaming Pineapples

A recipe for flaming pineapples.

To make flaming pineapples, you will need the following ingredients:

2 cans of pineapple chunks

5 whole red Thai chilies

3 whole habanero peppers

3 whole jalapeno peppers

1 tea spoon of lemon pepper

1 tea spoon of chopped garlic

1 table spoon of ranch dressing

1 table spoon of sweet baby ray’s barbecue sauce

1 table spoon of red pepper

1 table spoon of black pepper

a dash of seasoning salt

a dash of salt

Prep time 5 minutes

Cooking time 15 to 20 minutes

Prep

Drain the juice from the pineapple chunks. Take a medium to large frying pan. Pour pineapple chunks in pan. Heat over medium flame. Chop the habeneros and jalapeno peppers. Add pepper to pineapple mixture. Add red Thai chilies as whole chilies. Stir in the table spoon of ranch and barbecue sauce. Add red pepper and black pepper to mixture along with lemon pepper. Stir ingredients. Add dash of seasoning salt and a dash of regular salt. Allow to cook for ten to fifteen more minutes while stirring frequently. Serve hot. The pineapples are well complimented by cooked ham or chicken.
