How To Make Ginataang Mais.

Ingredients:

1 cup corm kernels, dry

½ cup cups malagkit rice, washed

5 cups thick coconut milk salt and sugar to taste

Procedure:

  1. Over medium heat, boil malagkit rice in coconut milk until half-cooked.
  2. Add corn kernels, sugar, and salt.
  3. Turn down heat.  Stir rice and corn occasionally until cooked.  Serve hot.
