Great Chicken Recipes #2 Fuit and Pasta Chicken Salad, Can be Adapted to Veggie Meals

Here is another great recipe for chicken that a vegetarian can use cubed tofu instead of chickken.

1 1/2 tsp of dry mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp paprika (yum!)

2 cups of cubed chicken or tofu

1 cup of cube of melons

20ounce can pineapple chunks, drain the can and keep 5 Tbsp of juice

1 cup grapes that are green and halved

2 cups uncooked spiral pasta

A. Cook pasta to how well what way you want it done according to package directors.

B. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, paprika, dry mustard, salt, 3 Tbsp of leftover pineapple liquid and pepper. Make sure it is mixed together well.

C. Take pasta off heat and use water to rinse it to cool. Put together chicken, grapes, pasta,  and pineapple to the mayonnaise mixture, coat it gently by mixing gently. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
