Grilling Recipes for Warm Weather #1 over the coals dinner

It’s creeping up on us, before you know it, summer will be here. I am going to share all my mom’s grilling recipes. If you don’t want to use a grill but still want cool meals go to my mom’s account: Pattiann.

1 12×10x2 1/2 inch foil baking pan

1 1 pound package ring bologna, cut up to1 inch thick slices

3 medium baking potatoes, sliced

2 cups of cut frozen green beans

1/2 cup red bell pepper strips

1/4 cup margarine, melted

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper.

Grill directions: Heat grill. Spray foil fan with nonstick cooking spray

Arrange bologna, potatoes, green beans, and bell pepper randomly in a sprayed pan. Pour melted margarine evenly over mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.

When ready to grill, place pan on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4-6 inches from medium coals, cover grill cook 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.

Servings: 4
