Hamburger Recipes Coscerole
How to make delicious hamburger coscerole.
MATERIALS:
1 kg of meat
½ kg carrots (grated / dipasrah)
½ kg of green beans cut lengthwise
½ kg potatoes
2 tablespoons margarine
2 chicken eggs
BUMBU:
1 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp fine nutmeg
1 tablespoon fine salt (soy sauce)
HOW TO COOK HAMBURGER CASCEROLE:
• ground meat flavored with spices, beaten eggs and mixed once and stir until blended.
• Boil carrots and green beans and mashed potatoes + and supplemented with margarine (made puree). Take resignation that has been smeared margarine, put the meat and flatten.
On it put boiled carrots and green beans, then covered with potato puree. Put it in the oven / burn until golden. Eaten with Brown Gravy Sauce.
BROWN SAUCE Gravy
MATERIALS:
5 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
½ cup sliced onions
BUMBU:
2 tablespoons butter
½ tbsp soy sauce
Nutmeg and vitsin
HOW COOKING SAUCE BROWN Gravy:
• disangan flour until dark, pour the milk and stir until blended.
If it is slightly thickened enter spices.
Sliced onions added when fully ripe.
