I am going to give you some foods that will make you happier. Imagine getting happier from your kitchen as soe people spend money on medicine and therapists, I will help you get happier cheaper!

Try to eat some pretzels next time you experience tension as crunching can get rid of tension, almost like a workout would do, but this is with the mouth. When you finish your treat you’ll probably feel a lot better. The reason is that carbohydrates produce neurotransmitters like serotonin which makes you feel better and other neurotransmitters that make you feel better.

Complex carbohydrates such as popcorn or whole grain crackers help you feel better with just one serving. These should make you feel super. These also help produce serotonin and it gives you energy which you will need because a body burns carbohydrates for fuel. These will make you feel almost better instantly after your first story.
