Get through the hottest summer months drinking down this refreshing and healthy smoothie!

Healthy Apricot Orange Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

-1 apricot, pitted

-1 orange, peeled

-1 mango, cubed

-1/2 cup water

-10 ice cubes

Directions:

Place the ice and water in a blender. Blend to crush the ice up well. Then add in the apricot, orange and mango. Blend until you are left with a smooth and creamy mixture. Enjoy!

Serves: 2-3 Prep-time: 5-10 minutes
