Food for your heart involving cholesterol and diabetes.

 

Sweet Potatoes a substitute for white potatoes for people with diabetes. Plenty of fiber, vitamin A, and lycopene for your heart. To get natural sweetness use cinnamon and lime juice.

Oranges helps for cholesterol fighting fiber pectin and potassium that controls your blood pressure. Orange juice may also improve blood vessel functioning and lower your blood pressure.

Want something to help in potassium and magnesium and minerals that help control your blood pressure, try some Swiss Chord.

Carrots may help control blood sugar level and reduce the risk of developing diabetes. With help from plenty of soluble fiber, which is found in oats, they help fight cholesterol.

Oatmeal helps your heart by lowering your low-density lipoprotein.
