Homemade Teriyaki
material:
* 500 gr beef, thinly sliced
* 1 tablespoon cooking oil
* 3 stalks celery
* 1 onion, thinly sliced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 50 g button mushrooms (mushroom)
* 2 cm ginger, crushed
* 200 g cashew nuts
* 1 red chilli, finely sliced
* 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
* Salt, sugar and water to taste.
Method:
– Mix the sliced meat, garlic and ginger, stir briefly.
– Heat the oil in a skillet. Insert the meat, stir for 1-2 minutes, remove from heat.
– Enter the onions, peppers, button mushrooms, celery and cashews.
Stir briefly, add water and cook 1-2 minutes.
– Reinsert the meat, add teriyaki sauce and cook briefly.
– Ready to serve with a plate of warm rice.
