Hot Banana-Lemon Dessert

A very digest recipe that removes the fat of the banana.

Ingredients

  • 7 bananas
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla aroma
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar

Method

  1. Peel the bananas, cut in edges. Place in a dish suitable for oven. Dust with the brown sugar. Pour the juice of the 2 lemons. The sugar melts. Pour the liquid vanilla aroma teaspoon.
  2. Place in the oven, thermostat 7 or 8 for 10 minutes, not more.
  3. Let the whole cool. You will notice that the lemon has removed the banana fat and that it facilitates digestion.

If you like, you can serve with whipped cream, or add a few drops of rum. The same recipe applies with apples.
