Filipino Dish Using Beef.

The Ingredients:

1 kl spare ribs (sliced to desired size)

16 cups water

1/2 cup sliced tomato

1/2 cup sliced onion

1 cup sliced taro root (gabing tagalog)

3 pcs green bell pepper

2 sachets of tamarind mix

1 tbsp salt

Steps/Directions:

1. Put in a casserole the spare ribs, water, tomato, onion and salt. Let it boil in medium fire until the meat is tender.

2. Add the sliced taro and let it tender, add water if necessary.

3. Add the green pepper, pour the tamarind ready mix.

4. Season it according to taste. That’s Eat!
