I love beans, she loves beans, and they love beans, we all love beans!  This is the recipe for cooking pinto beans in a hurry because you forgot to cook them over night or just didn’t have time.  It’s really not as hard as it seams to be.

First you’re going to need a few things if you don’t have them already.

1.       A medium size pot

2.       A medium size spoon

3.       Some Creole Seasoning

4.       1lb. bag of Pinto Beans

5.       1 pack of Hillshire Farm smoked sausage

6.       1 onion

7.       1 bell pepper

Bring beans to a boil in a medium size pot on high.  While the beans are boiling add some Creole seasoning to them.  Dice up half of a bell pepper and half of an onion, cut sausage into slices and then add the bell pepper, onion and sausage to the boiling beans.  Beans must boil for at least 2 hours. Stir with a medium size spoon every 30 minutes.  Keep an eye on the beans in case the water starts to get low. Add a little more water if needed.  Then turn the heat down to simmer for 1 hour.

Thanks
