How to Lose Weight with The Health Benefits of Apples
The expression "An apple day keeps the doctor away" isn’t just an old wive’s tale.
Apples have great fiber content. Fiber not only helps our bowel movements stay regular but it also helps to make us feel full.
So if you want to lose weight, incorporate apples into your daily routine.
Try to eat 1/2 of an apple before every meal, the apple will provide fullness and fiber to help your body decrease those hunger pains.
Start on a Sunday. Slice your apples and have them ready for the week. Keep them fresh all week long by keeping them in an airtight container with water ( and a sprinkle or two of salt as preservative) in the refrigerator.
Use all the different colors of apples too, red, yellow, green, the colors make your eyes happy and our mind loves colorful foods.
So now, your apples are ready, enjoy several slices before every meal and when you feel like you need snack.

I may use sliced apples on my roast beef sandwiches, in tuna/chicken salads, with breakfast, at lunch, dinner. Apples have always adjusted my system well. Apple. The perfect fruit and more versatile than given credit!

I love apples but they are expensive. Moreover, they have preservatives. We don’t grow apples here in the Philippines because it is not a tropical fruit. I wonder how a naturally fresh apple taste. Most apples sold here are from China. It will be exported here in january and will stay as fresh by december (exaggeration)
