How to Make – Apple Crumble – 45 Mins – 731 Kcal

A delicious smelling naughty baked apple treat.

Ingredients – 4 servings

4 apples
4 tbsps lemon juice
2tbsps cinnamon powder
butter

to make crumble dough:

120g unsalted butter
80g brown sugar
160g plain flour

to make whiped cream:

80ml double cream
20g icing sugar

utensils ( essential)

choppinh board
kitchen knife
mixing bowl
oven
whisk
measuring spoons
kitchen scales
measuring jugs
cling flim
ovenproof fish

Lets get started:

first, preheat the oven to 180c
prepare, choppinh board + kitchen knife + clingfilm
cut 120g of butter into small peices then cover them with cling film and chill in refrigerator
peel the apples
cut each peeled apple into eight wedges
cut off and dicard the apple core from the wedges

prepare mixing bowl
put the apple wedges into the bowl and coat them with 4 – 15ml spoonful of lemon juice
add 4 – 15ml of cinnamon powder and coat the apple wedges with it
prepare ovenproof dish
coat the dish with butter

layer the buttered ovenproof dish with the apple wedges
prepare mixing bowl
put 160g of flour and the pieces of butter into the bowl
add 80g of borwn sugar
rub the dough between your hands untill it is crumbly
cover the apple wedeges in the overproof dish with the crumble dough on top

put the ovenproof dish into the oven and bake for 35 mins
prepare mixing bowls (2) and whisk
pour iced water into one of the mixing bowls
put 80ml of cream into the other mixing bowl then place the bottom of the bowl in the iced water
add 20g of icing sugar to the cream and whisk the mixture till it thickens
transfur the apple crumble to the serving dishes
and pour on the whipped cream and enjoy
