How to Make Delicious Curried Meatballs in Minutes

Learn how to prepare curried meatballs in just seconds.
The ingredients are
- 1 / 2 kg minced meat
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 / 2 l broth
- 2 onions
- 1 egg
- 1 apple
- 25 g flour
- 25 g raisins
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- Oil
- Salt

~ First we beat the egg in a bowl with some salt and mix the meat with the egg. We form a compact mass and with it we’re making balls of medium size. We put heat oil in a deep pan and fry the meatballs until browned on all sides. Meanwhile, peel and grate the onion and peel and chop the apple.
~Then we put them in a pan and remove the oil from skillet, leaving a few tablespoons, where fry the grated onion and apple, stirring occasionally. When the set is already soft, add the curry powder with the flour and sauteed for a minute.
~We took fire and incorporate the broth, mix well. Add the raisins and chutney and let boil, stirring. Then pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake for 30 minutes.

Interesting recipe, I’d like to try it, but I would have to omit the raisins, I don’t like cooked raisins only in oatmeal cookies.
