15 minute, Good for you family meal recipe.  This is a family favorite and I am sure you will love it as much as my family does.  It is healthy, so go ahead, eat as much as you want!!!

Irish Stew

Ingredients:

-4 chicken bouillon cubes

-2 cups water

-1 2/3 cup frozen cauliflower

-1 3/4 pounds cooked lamb

-2 cups sliced carrots

-6 ounces cooked diced parsnips

-dehydrated onion flakes (to taste)

Instructions:

Dissolve the bouillon cubes in water.  

Add cauliflower and cook about 4 minutes.  Until tender but crisp.  

Add everything else, the lamb, carrots, diced parsnips and onion flakes.  

Then you just simmer for 15 minutes.   Its now Ready to serve!
