Kerala Exotic Dishes

Haven’t you heard about kerala ;the god’s own country?
I live here and I know some of the exotic dishes made here.
People who are living on kerala are either known as malayali or keralian .
Being a Keralian ,our primary food is rice .We love rice like anything .But it is different in the Northern part of India .
Our food varieties mainly come from water .Most probably ,we use fish as our exotic dish .
