Lentil/carrot Burger Recipe
Recipe for vegetarian burger.
1/4 chopped onions
1/4 cup of grated carrots
1/4 cup of water
3 cups of lentils
tsp. of cumin
tsp of cayenne pepper
1 cup of flour
as much salt as you would like.
also for more taste you can use ranch.
Boil or lentils for 30 min but DO NOT add salt while cooking them. When they are done, in a bowl mix all your ingredients together. You may need to add extra flour to keep the burgers to stay together better. Form a burger shape out of the mix. After you do this you have two options. You can fry them for about 10 min on each side or stick them in the oven for about 7 min on each side. Either way is delicous! Hope you enjoy!
