Mashed potatoes.

Mashed potatoes

1 kg potatoes, 300-400 ml of milk, vegetables and pickles on the lining, a sprig of parsley on the lining

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut and boil in salted water until tender. Milk bring to the boil and immediately odstavíme. Still hot mash potatoes šťouchadlem, dosolíme, add half the butter and gradually injected hot milk, and mash or whip stir to inhalation. Mush on a plate and pour rest of butter, garnished with vegetables, pickled cucumber and garnish with parsley.
