Microwave Baked Apple
An apple a day keeps cancer away.
Apple is so rich in fiber ,which is good for the heart. But sometimes eating apples seems to be boring already , so it calls for ones innovativeness so apple would be attractive to be eaten.
What you need
1 teaspon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground all spice
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
8 teaspoon dried cheeries
4 teaspoon water
2 teaspoons of olive oil spread
8 teaspoon chopped walnuts
How to do it
1.Cut off the top 1/2 inch from each apple , with a Melon baller core through stem ends without breaking through bottom.
2. Place in a glass pie plate , sprinkle with sugar and spices . Divide cheeries ,water and olive oil spread among and tops of apple.
3.Cover , microwave of medrian high (70%) , 8 minutes or until tender .Let it stand for 3 minutes. tap with walnuts.
