Mille-feuille with Red Fruits!
A nice classic french dessert with red fruits!
Ingredients for 2 pieces
Strawberries and raspberries
500 ml cream patisserie
80 gr. caster sugar
700gr. flaky pastry
Divide the flaky pastry in 3 equal parts cut in rectangle.Place them in a buttered baking sheet and put them in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.Remove from the fridge and make holes with your fork and bake for 20 minutes in 220 C in preheated oven.Beat the cream with the sugar and the vanilla, until it becomes foam. Then add the whipped cream in cream patisserie spoon by spoon, stirring gently.
Then create the dessert put the first part of the flaky pastry then add the mixture then the fruits (you can make it to fruit puree or add whole fruits or fruit jam) then the second part and repeat at the last part decorate with whipped cream and fruits or just caster sugar.
