My Favorite Way to Enjoy Carrots

Even though I dislike carrot, I still can enjoy it. Here is my favorite recipe to enjoy carrots.

Carrot is one of the vegetables that I hate the most. I don’t like how it tasted and smelled. And I’m sure many kids, and adults just like me, also barely ate carrot. However, we need to consume carrot because it is healthy and good for our eyesights.

I always avoid carrots whenever possible. Until one day, my mom came home and brought me a glass of bright orange liquid which is identified as a glass of carrot juice. She said that it was not carrot juice, but carrot + lemon juice. So I take a little sip of it, and just like miracle happens, I love it!! It tastes really nice. There is no smell of carrot anymore. The taste also very unique. In my opinion, the taste just like grapes. Yes, grapes. That’s weird isn’t it? Carrot + lemon = grape. What a math!

It’s just easy to make. We just need one medium sized carrot, one lemon, enough water, and sugar if you want. Blend them together, and then strain it so that you will only get the water. That’s all. Very easy, very delicious, and very healthy. I think this is the only way I can enjoy carrots.

Anybody has tried this before? Please share your opinion. And for everyone who hasn’t tried this, or if your kids also avoid carrots, try this. Very recommended!

Cheers!
