Oats Salad
Tasty.

Ingredients:
Oats – 1cup
Ghee – 1 1/2 tabs
Carrot – one
Capsicum – one
Kheera cucumber – 1
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Green chilli – 1
Pea nuts / Ground nuts – 1 small cup
Tomato sauce – 2 tabs
Salt – To taste
Coriander leaves – As required
Method:
Filally chop all the vegetables and and keep aside.
Fry the ground nuts and keep aside .
Take a pan and add ghee heat it and add oats fry it for 4-5 mins and add all the vegetables to it and serve it
