Orange Chicken
Cooking poultry.
Ingredients:
- 400 to 500 gr. cooked chicken (diced)
- 1 orange, peeled (cut into wedges and chopped)
- Lettuce
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. lemon
- 3 tbsp. cream
- 2 cups watercress leaves
- Red grapes cut in half (without seeds)
- Salt and pepper
Procedure:
Blend: buttermilk, lemon and mayonnaise, add the chicken (already cooked) and chopped orange, stir and cover. Put in the refrigerator for an hour. In a bowl put lettuce leaves on the edges of the leaf of watercress, and the center to accommodate the mixture and garnish with grapes.
