Orange Cream Fruit Salad

A great and “orangey” fruit salad.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. Can Pineapple Chunks
  • 16 oz. Peach slices – drained
  • 11 oz. Mandarin Orange Slices – drained
  • 3 med. Bananas
  • 2 med. Apples
  • 1 package instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 ½ c. Milk
  • 1 1/3 c. frozen Orange Juice Concentrate – thawed
  • ¾ c. Sour Cream
  • Green Grapes – halved

Method

In a small bowl, combine the pudding mix and orange juice.  Beat with a mixer for 1 to 2 minutes.  Then mix in the sour cream.  Pour over fruit and mix.  Enjoy!
