Orange Cream Fruit Salad

A great and “orangey” fruit salad.
Ingredients
- 20 oz. Can Pineapple Chunks
- 16 oz. Peach slices – drained
- 11 oz. Mandarin Orange Slices – drained
- 3 med. Bananas
- 2 med. Apples
- 1 package instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 ½ c. Milk
- 1 1/3 c. frozen Orange Juice Concentrate – thawed
- ¾ c. Sour Cream
- Green Grapes – halved
Method
In a small bowl, combine the pudding mix and orange juice. Beat with a mixer for 1 to 2 minutes. Then mix in the sour cream. Pour over fruit and mix. Enjoy!
