Palak(spinach) Paneer
Palak Paneer Serve with paratha or naan.
Ingredients:
1. Spinach – 1 bunch
2. Paneer – 15 cubes (Fry in ghee)
3. Tomato sauce
4. Onion small – 1 finely chopped
5. Green chillies – 4
6. Ginger Garlic paste – ½ tsp
7. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
8. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
9. Cashew nuts powder- 1tbsp
10.Salt – to taste
11.Sugar – ¼ tsp

Palak(Spinach) paneer Preparation:
Cut the green chillies into 2 or 3 pieces.
Take a pan and heat with 1 tsp oil. Add green chillies and spinach and sugar.
Sauté the leaves 1 0r 2 min, then switch off the stove.
Leave it to cool.
Now grind spinach with salt to a fine paste.
Take a pan and heat with 1 tsp of ghee, add chopped onions. Fry till transulent.
Then add ginger garlic paste and coriander powder. Sauté till the raw smell disappears.
Add spinach paste, tomato sauce, turmeric powder and cashew nut powder.
Mix well and add little amount of water. Cover it with a lid and cook for 10 mins.
Just before switch off the stove add fried paneer cubes.
Again Mix well. Palak paneer is ready.
Serve with paratha or naan.
