Papad Rolls

Easy and quick to make, and nice to eat.. Papad rolls make a good starters.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 3 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 green chilly
  • Green Corriander
  • 2 Raw Papad
  • Salt
  • Red Chilly Powder
  • Tomatoes to garnish

Recipe:

  1. Boil Potatoes and allow them to cool for a few minutes
  2. Grate them
  3. Mix Salt according to taste, add green chilly and corriander after cutting them into small pieces
  4. Break the papads into 2 halves
  5. Dip the papad in water for a second
  6. Put potato paste in between and roll the papad
  7. Use bits of corn flors on sides to paste the papad and prevent them to flow out.
  8. Deep fry the filled and rolled papad.
  9. Garnish with corriander and small pieces of tomatoes.

Serve hot.
