Pineapple Jam Filled Cookies
Going on a picnic is not completed if you do not bring these cookies. The dried clove flower, placed at the top of the cookie, can be used as a cookie accessory and a traditional herbal medicine. The cinnamon will also give the positive effect on diabetes, cancer, and many other health benefits.
Ingredients
Pineapple jam ingredients:
- 2 ripe pineapples (+ 1.5 Kgs in weight)
- 3 cinnamon
- One half tablespoon of vanilla
- 200 grams of sugar
Cookie ingredients:
- One half kilogram of wheat flour
- 4 egg yolks
- One half kilogram of butter
- 100 grams of powdered sugar
- 150 grams of cheddar cheese, grate delicately
- 50 grams of dried clove flowers, for accessories.
Layer ingredients:
- 3 egg yolks, put into a bowl.
- 3 tablespoons of lemon extraction and pour them into the bowl. Beat all the egg yolks and lemon extraction together.
- Additional tool: cooking brush

Pineapple Jam:
Pineapple Jam
- Peel all pineapples, clean, and wash.
- Grate or blend the peeled pineapples very delicately
- Put pineapple grate together with the cinnamon into a pan and cook them.
- Put and dissolve all sugar and vanilla into the pan also, stir them until jelled or brown colored. If they jelled, then the pineapple jam is ready to be used. Let them be cold.
Cookies:
Dough
- Put all the egg yolks, butter, and powdered sugar into a mixer bowl and mix them until expanded.
- Put the cheese grate into the bowl and mix them all for a view minutes.
- Slowly put the wheat flour into the bowl also, mix them until thickened, stiff, smooth, elastic, and become dough.
- Prepare a butter-layered-pan.

- Take a tablespoon of dough and flatten
- Take a half tablespoon of pineapple jam and put it on the flattened dough. Fold it to become a ball of pineapple-jam-filled-dough or something as you like. Place this ball of pineapple-jam-filled-dough on the pan. Repeat this step until all dough in the bowl is completed.
- Layer all the dough balls with layer ingredients (use cooking brush)

- Put a dried clove flower at the top of each dough ball.
- Put dough balls that are placed on the pan into oven.
- Heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes until cooked already or golden brown color.
- The pineapple jam filled cookies are ready to be served

- To make durably, keep these cookies in an air-proof cookie jar.
