Pineapple Meatloaf

Have your meatloaf prepared the Hawaiian way.

Pineapple Meatloaf


Ingredients:
1 can (439 g) pineapple tidbits drained
1 egg
½ kilo ground pork
1 beef bouillon cube
2 slices white bread diced
¼ cup evaporated milk
1 each medium red and green bell peppers chopped
1 small onion chopped

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Season with ½ tsp. iodized salt and ¼ tsp. pepper. Mix thoroughly.
2. Pour in a medium pan. Cover with wax paper  and steam for one hour.
3. Cool slightly then serve with ketchup.

Makes 8 servings
