Pineapple Salad

A fresh salad on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

1 can chunk pineapple
3 c. marshmallow
1 lb. cubed Velveeta Cheese
1 T. butter
2 eggs
3 T. Flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar

Directions:

 1. Drain and reserve 1 cup of the pineapple juice ( may need to add water to equal 1 cup).
 2. Cook the last 5 ingredients in this liquid to its desired consistency.
 3. Cool and pour over first 3 ingredients.
