Pineapple Up Side Down Pudding

A Very Easy and Healthy Pudding Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full of Flour
  • ½ tin condensed Milk
  • 4 table spoon Butter or 3 table spoon ghee
  • 2 spoon soda bi-carbonate
  • Few Cashew nuts, Cherries, Peanuts & almonds
  • ½ finely cut pineapple
  • ¼ to ¾ cup of milk
  • ½ tea spoon pineapple essence and 2 drops yellow color
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • 4 tea spoon sugar

Method

  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 180 degrees
  2. Bear half melted butter, condensed milk, yellow color, pineapple essence, milk egg beater for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in it shifted and heated flour, baking powder, soda bicarbonate till there are no lumps.
  4. Cut ½ pine apple into pieces, dust in with flour and mix it into the cake mixture.
  5. Now melt the remaining butter in the mould.
  6. Arrange pineapple slices with cherries, and then sprinkle sugar around the pine apple piece. Spread coarsely ground cashew nuts, peanut & almonds
  7. Pour the mixture over it and bake it in the Oven at 180 degree till testing needle comes out smoothly.

Cooking Time – 30 minute approx

Serves – 3-4
