Has a good appetite.
2 large potatoes peeled + / - 500 g.
300g sausage appetizers aferventadas and halved (or bologna, turkey breast into small cubes).
Oil for frying.
1 - With the aid of a homemade vegetable slicer (or professional), 2 large potatoes, peeled cut into slices and feeling fine in length. Go put the blades of potatoes in a bowlwith water and ice and let stand for + / - 30 minutes (or refrigerate for one day to another).
NOTE: this process will make it more potato crisp.
2 - Gradually dry the potatoes in a strip of cloth napkins. Every blade of potato involved in a sausage appetizer (aferventada and cut in half) and close the ends of the blade with a toothpick. Do this process with all slides in potato. You can substitute the sausage forsausage, turkey breast, cut into small cubes always so you can engage them by the blade of potatoes.
3 - Fry potatoes in oil appetizers moderately hot (150-155 degrees) until they are goldenand crispy. Dry with plenty of paper towel and serve immediately.
