Potato dumplings cooked potatoes in their skins.

Potato Dumplings
Requirements:
3 / four kg boiled in their skins brambro
20 dkg flour
5 dkg meal
1 egg
2 rolls cut into cubes
salt
Procedure:
Peel the boiled potatoes and mash, stir flour with bread rolls, salt and stir stirring spoons. Leave to cool. I lay eggs and add the dumplings.
Simmer 20 minutes in water.
