Potato Pan Cakes – Recipes

Potato Pan Cake is a mouthwatering evening snack. It is made by potatoes. The recipe of Potato Pan Cake is:

Ingredients of Potato Pan Cake:

6 pieces of raw Potatoes

2 tablespoons of Flour

¼ cup of Milk

¼ cup of Baking Powder

4 pieces of Eggs

Salt

How to prepare Potato Pan Cake:

Grate the potatoes.

Wash it and drain the excess water.

Beat the eggs.

Mix the eggs and all other ingredients with the grated potatoes.

Take a pan and heat 1 spoonful of oil.

Now, fry the mixture until it get golden brown color.

Potato Pan Cake is ready.

Enjoy the delicious taste.

    I WILL only cut potatoes round and round

    and warm them

    write cake on top with icing

    and serve cold

    as poatoto cooled pan cakes
