Homemade potato salad.
6 large potatoes (boiled until soft, not mushy)
1 onion (sliced)
6 eggs (boiled and sliced)
1 small jar sweet pickles (sliced)
1 med. jar pimentos (sliced)
1/2 jar olives (sliced)
3/4 table salad dressing
After potato’s have cool, peel and cut into cubes. Combine all ingredients. Use more or less salad dressing as needed. Refridgerate for about an hour. Serve.
