Pumpkin Pancakes

1 15oz can pumpkin
1TBSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups buttermilk complete pancake mix1 cup milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
3 large eggs

Combine all ingredients and beat until well blended, batter will be
thick, so spread it out slightly when you drop it on the griddle at
roughly 1/4 cup per pancake, or slightly less. Cook just like any other
pancakes,  allow to cook until the bubbles that rise start to break,
then flip and cook the other side.
